Five By Design

I caught Five By Design in Waco, Texas in February. They are simply incredible.  Their sound is fresh and smooth, their style dynamic and their show the tops in entertainment.  I can't wait to see them again and I suggest that if they are in your area you make every effort to catch them as well. 

Here is a little bit about them. Since 1990, Five By Design has been preserving the traditions of vocal harmony and the American popular song with its musical theatre retrospectives.

As the creative talent behind Radio Days, Club Swing, Stay Tuned and A Winter's Evening, the fivesome includes Lorie Carpenter-Niska, Sheridan Zuther, Kurt Niska, Michael Swedberg and Terrence Niska.

Whether backed by a big band or the lush sounds of a symphony orchestra, Five By Design has received rave reviews wherever they travel.

The Washington Post heralded their Kennedy Center debut with the National Symphony Orchestra as "one of the best NSO pops performances of the season."
The headlines of the Grand Rapids Press Gazette (MI) said it all when Five By Design returned for its twenty-fourth performance with the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra... "Five By Design always welcome here."
