Our 1934 Auburn 652Y sedan was originally sold in York, Penn. The first buyer owned the car until 1983. We bought the car from Mike Haley. It was brought to Texas from Ohio in January of 2005. Auburns were known for their flashy paint and dynamic styling. This car has a 6-cylinder Lycoming engine, a three-speed transmission and dual-ratio rear end. It is one of twenty-six 652Y sedans left in the world. It is driven at least once a week. |

Our 1936 Cord 810 Westchester sedan is our newest project. This is an original survivor. We purchased this car in January of 2006 from Mr. Hal Klassen of British Columbia, Canada. He had owned it since 1972. Cords were made by the Auburn Automobile Company, as were Auburns and the famed Duesenbergs. The 1936-37 "Coffin-nose" Cords are true classics and have earned the title of one of the ten most beautiful cars ever produced. Fewer than 3000 of these Cords were produced before the company quit the car business during the Depression. Cords were remarkable in that they have hidden flip-up headlights, front wheel drive and offered superchargers for their Lycoming V-8 motors. Originally owned by movie stars and the CEOs of large companies, fewer than a thousand of these rolling pieces of art remain. Most are in museums. This is driven at least once a week and will also receive new interior and paint this year. |

Our 1937 Lincoln Zephyr 4-Door Sedan. The car is an original California vehicle that made its way to Texas in the early 1990s after a four year stop in Nebraska. When we purchased it in 2003, it had not been registered since the 1980s. Mechanical work on the V-12 engine and Columbia two-speed axle was done by Gene's Auto in Hillsboro, Texas. The car is driven at least once a week. New carpet and interior have been added. Its Philco radio works. It currently needs paint. |
